Motor Estates is an exploratory concept — not part of the FAST.TOWN Daytona Phase 1 release. We are gauging collector interest in a future garage-forward, ground-tied residential format adjacent to the tower.

Motor Estates is not part of the current Phase 1 release. The Phase 1 release at FAST.TOWN Daytona comprises Museum Lofts, Luxury Residences, Penthouses, the Coliseum, and the marina program.
